(MOn 18 Jun 07) The Communists won't think much of this, but Rolls-Royce has just opened its second showroom in Russia.
The new outlet is in St Petersburg, and its opening was marked - as important events in that city usually are - by the firing of a cannon at the Petropavlovskaya fortress. "We are delighted to open for business in St Petersburg with this outstanding new showroom," said Chairman and CEO Ian Robertson. "Russia is a very important market for Rolls-Royce in continental Europe and we anticipate further growth, making it a key part of our future development plans." The owner of the new showroom also owns the existing one in Moscow. This addition brings the total number of Rolls-Royce dealerships in continental Europe to 19. |
