(Mon 26 Nov 07) Auction company H&H has broken its own record for a single sale, bringing in a combined total of £1.5 million at its recent event in Buxton.
The top price was achieved by a 1973 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona, which changed hands for £148,500 - and we have no doubt that its registration number, 365 GT, provided an extra incentive for bidders. The next H&H auction will take place at the Centaur, Cheltenham on February 26/27. Confirmed entries include two works Mini rally cars and a 1992 ex-Colin McRae Subaru Legacy.
