(Wed 26 Sep 07) Daihatsu has announced a new range of accessories for its Materia mini-MPV. The most expensive is leather interior trim, available in a variety of colours for £1050, while for exterior styling customers can choose a colour-coded rear spoiler (£200), a steel mesh lower grille (£100) and twin exhaust tailpipes (£270).
17" alloy wheels with 205/40 tyres are on sale for £240 each - so £960 for a full set, not including spare - and there's a set of road springs which will lower the car's ride height by 20mm for £120. Cheaper but perhaps more practical items include a cargo net for £32.50 and a cycle carrier for £45. Daihatsu dealers will be able to go through the full list of equipment. |
