Jeep has come up with a special edition of the Grand Cherokee in association with outdoor clothing and equipment supplier Snow+Rock.

It comes in two forms, one each based on the standard Limited and Overland Grand Cherokees. The Limited Snow+Rock comes with extra equipment in the form of chrome tail light guards, black running boards, rear splash guards, a moulded cargo tray, multi-purpose roof crossbars and a choice of ski carrier, roof box or bike rack, all for an extra cost of £563.50.

The Overland Snow+Rock has all of the above apart from the roof crossbars, and the cost of the extras is correspondingly lower at £479.50. In each case, customers will receive a £250 which can be redeemed at any of Snow+Rock's 16 UK stores.

At the same time, prices of the regular Limited and Overland have been reduced by £2000. Prices for the standard cars are therefore £28,590 and £32,090 respectively, while the Snow+Rock versions come in at £29,153.50 and £32,569.50.
