(Tue 08 Apr 08) Following on from its successful launch of a five-year unlimited mileage warranty for the Sirion and Terios back in January, Daihatsu has made the same deal available for the remaining cars in its range.
All retail sales of the Copen sports car (pictured) and Materia mini-MPV between now and the end of 2008 will include the five-year warranty arrangement, plus five years' roadside recovery in the UK. Daihatsu will review the situation for the start of 2009, but claims that its 38% year-to-date sales increase is due largely to the warranty deal on the Sirion and Terios.
