(Mon 21 Apr 08) Ognyan Bozhilov has won the €10,000 first prize in a Citroen design competition (C-Design - Combine, Connect, Create) for his toboggan concept.
The designers were given a mostly free hand, with the proviso that they had to use some standard Citroen parts. Bozhilov's toboggan includes a rear seat from a C4 Picasso, a spoiler from a C4 Coupé, a steering wheel from a C3 and the roof pillars from a C3 Pluriel. Roland Kaufmann, who was awarded second prize, had the simple but very effective idea of making a drain cover from a C4 alloy wheel, while other finalists came up with a scooter, a chair and a staircase made of rear spoilers.
