(Mon 11 Aug 08) Audi's Parallel Park Assist system is now available as an option on all versions of the A3 Cabriolet.
The system alerts the driver when it finds a parking space that the car will fit into, and will then look after the steering during the parking manoeuvre itself (but only the steering - the driver still has full control of the pedals). Parallel Park Assist works in conjunction with the Driver Information System fitted as standard to Sport and S line versions of the Cabriolet, and it costs £725. Standard cars need to have DIS added at a further cost of £200. |
