(Mon 18 Aug 08) The updated version of the Renault Clio is on sale now with a new range of trim levels for the three- and five-door models.
Three-door Clios are now available in Extreme, Rip Curl, Dynamique and Dynamique S forms, the cheapest of them all being the 1.2 petrol Extreme at £9495. Compared with previous versions, the Extreme now comes with front foglights and tinted windows as standard, while the Dynamique has 16" alloy wheels and air-conditioning and the Dynamique S gets part-leather upholstery and carpet mats. The most basic five-door is the Expression, which now has cruise control, a speed limiter and automatic lights and wipers. The cheapest version is again the 1.2 petrol at £10,365 in hatchback form or £11,215 as a Sport Tourer estate. Five-doors are also being sold in Rip Curl, Dynamique and Dynamique S trim, and as the range-topping Initiale with full leather upholstery. Initiale prices are £15,700 for the 1.6 petrol and £16,050 for the dCi 106 turbo diesel. |
