(Mon 18 Aug 08) The extended, seven-seat version of the Nissan Qashqai will go on sale in the UK on September 18, priced from £17,199.
As previously reported, the +2 is significantly longer than the standard Qashqai, adding 90 litres to the luggage capacity and allowing for the fitment of two small seats for child or occasional adult use. The +2 follows the regular Qashqai in that it's available in three trim levels (Visia, Acenta and Tekna) and with a choice of two-litre engines (138bhp petrol, 148bhp turbo diesel) and with either front- or four-wheel drive. All come with six-speed manual transmission as standard, but you can also specify a CVT for the petrol models or a conventional six-speed automatic for the diesels.
