(Wed 02 Jul 08) If you thought previous Range Rovers were luxurious, wait till you see this one. The interior of the new Autobiography is liberally upholstered in semi-aniline leather which will age with time (in a good way) to add extra character. There's actually more leather than in any previous production Range Rover, along with rather a lot of wood trim.
The Autobiography also has 20" twin seven-spoke alloy wheels, and costs £72,995 if fitted with the TDV8 turbo diesel used in the rest of the range, or £76,495 with the supercharged petrol engine. The other Range Rovers are being upgraded for 2009, with new wheel styles, new exterior colours, satellite navigation, Hybrid TV and optional wood/leather heated steering wheels.
