| Citroen Reveals C3 Picasso | ||

(Wed 09 Jul 08) Citroen has had a lot of success over the years with its Picasso compact MPVs, starting with the Xsara-based version in the 1990s which was followed by the more modern C4 variant.
Now the company has announced the introduction of another Picasso. This one is the smallest yet, being based on the C3 hatchback, but Citroen is promising a flexible and easy-to-operate rear seating system and a lot of glass area across the three-piece windscreen (all of which sounds very promising, since these are among the best features of the C4 Picasso). The C3 Picasso will make its world debut at the Paris Show in October, and will go on sale in the UK next summer with a choice of 95bhp and 120bhp petrol engines (developed in partnership with BMW) and 90bhp and 110bhp HDi turbo diesels.
