(Fri 11 Jul 08) Cadillac's new CTS luxury saloon car, which makes its UK debut at the British International Motor Show, will go on sale on September 1 at prices starting from £26,995.
That sum will buy you the 2.8-litre V6 model with a maximum of 208bhp. A 307bhp 3.6-litre direct petrol injection V8 is also available for £32,995; both versions come with six-speed automatic transmission as standard and share the same trim level, known as Sport Luxury. A 2.9-litre V6 diesel engine will be added to the range next year, and we rather suspect it will instantly become the most popular choice.
