(Tue 22 Jul 08) Isuzu is launching a very exclusive version of its Rodeo pickup at the British International Motor Show.
It's called the Rodeo LE Sport, and only 60 manual-transmission versions and 40 automatics will be sold. If there's one in your area you're not going to miss it, thanks to its 20" chromed alloy wheels which are part of an exterior styling package also including rear lamp guards, a chrome bonnet edge finisher, a mesh front grille with black backing, side steps, a hardtop and rear privacy glass. Inside, the LE Sport gets various pieces of leather and suede trim, plus subtle blue floodlighting. The big story, though, is the inclusion as standard of a Pioneer entertainment package which boasts satellite navigation with a touchscreen, a speed camera detector, a reversing camera, a rear seat DVD system, Bluetooth connectivity, Dynamat acoustic insulation and a 10GB hard drive for storing music files. The LE Sport costs £23,999 (or £24,999 if you want the automatic gearbox) and deliveries are due to start on September 1. |
