The latest, limited-edition version of the Peugeot 207 CC is called the Elle, and yes, it's been named after the fashion magazine.

And so it should have been. The car owes its existence to a car design competition which recently ran in Elle. Readers were asked to come up with combinations of exterior and interior colours, and the best four have been put into production.

So, you can have your 207 CC Elle in one of four styles: Glamour Mode (Thorium Grey metallic paint, black leather interior with Mulberry trim), Classic Couture (Lacerta Yellow paint, graphite trim), Rock Chic (Diamond Black paint, pale pink trim) or Urban Chic (Silver paint, bright blue trim).

In each case the 207 CC Elle comes with a 120bhp 1.6-litre petrol engine, 17" alloy wheels, a sports styling pack and dual-zone climate control air-conditioning, plus Elle-branded leather keyring fob, credit card holder, coin purse and handbook wallet. Prices start at £18,495.
