| Adjustable Pedals From Ford | ||
|
(Tue 20 May 08) Ford has done what all manufacturers should be considering and added adjustable pedals as an option on selected Focus and C-MAX models.
The thinking behind this as that moving the seat and steering wheel do not necessarily lead to an ideal seating position, but adding flexibility to the pedal position just might. With Ford's new system, the pedals can be moved up to 55mm closer to the driver than standard. The adjustable pedals are available as a £100 option on the Focus Titanium, and on Style, Zetec and Titanium versions of the C-MAX.
