(Mon 10 Nov 08) Ferrari has unveiled its latest car, the Scuderia Spider 16M, at its World Finals race meeting at Mugello in Italy.
Based on the F430 Spider, the Scuderia is 80kg lighter, and with the 510bhp produced by its V8 engine this means a top speed of 197mph and 0-62mph in 3.7 seconds. Just 499 examples will be produced, all of them with a special plaque on the rear grille celebrating Ferrari's victory in the F1 Constructors World Championship - the 16th time the company has achieved that particular feat. |
