A few months on from preview events at the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix, the Renault Laguna Coupé is being given its official world debut at the Paris Show.

The Coupé will go on sale in the UK in January with a choice of two-litre petrol and turbo diesel engines, a 3.5-litre V6 petrol and a 3.0 V6 turbo diesel. All the two-litre units are available with manual or automatic transmissions, depending on power outputs, but each V6 gets an automatic. The V6 models also have the option of four-wheel steering for better low-speed manoeuvring capability and high-speed stability.

Renault has put a lot of effort into the audio side of things, and has teamed up with both Arkamys and Bose to provide digital processing and speakers respectively for your listening pleasure.

Prices for the Coupé will be announced in the next few months.
