(Mon 27 Oct 08) Ford has added a new trim level called Zetec S to the Focus range. It's almost exactly the same as the existing Zetec, but it also comes with various styling add-ons including front and rear spoilers, sill extensions, 17" wheels, aluminium-style pedals and handbrake cover and an "S" badge.
Normally all this would cost around £1600, but the deal here is that you pay just £700 over the price of a Zetec. The engine line-up is the same as for the Zetec, except for the addition of a 113bhp 1.6-litre petrol unit. There are options to be even more stylish. 18" wheels and privacy glass make up a Sport pack which costs £500, while for £200 you get the WRC Pack, consisting of chequered flag decals (as pictured above) and scuff plates. |
