(Fri 13 Mar 09) Rising material costs and fluctuations in the Yen/Sterling exchange rate has forced Mazda to increase the prices of the 5 and 6 ranges by 2%.
The average increase is £323 for the 5 and £345 for the 6, with low and high figures of £289 and £429. The changes will take place on April 1, and Mazda's publicity department has swung into action with the claim that if you buy a new 5 or 6 before March 31 you will "save" the amounts mentioned, which we reckon is a jolly worthy effort.
