(Tue 03 Nov 09) It has only been on sale for a few months, but the Citroen C3 Picasso mini-MPV has already undergone a couple of minor revisions. VTR+ and Exclusive versions now have a new option pack which includes a Bluetooth hands-free phone system and a USB port which allows passengers to connect a portable MP3 player to the audio system.
Versions with the 90bhp 1.6-litre HDi turbo diesel engine have been re-homologated, and VTR+ and Exclusive models now have official combined fuel economy and CO2 emissions of 62.8mpg and 119g/km. The latter figure drops them from VED Band D to Band C, which means a reduction in annual tax from £120 to £35 under the current system. The more basic 1.6 HDi VT, which has different wheels and tyres, manages 60.1mph and 123g/km, so it's still in Band D, but it's cheaper to buy in the first place.
