Suzuki has introduced a range of new accessories to the Grand Vitara range. The most interesting, and probably the most useful, is a Rear Camera Display system (pictured below) which involves a rear-mounted wide-angle camera. When reverse gear is selected, the view from the camera is shown on the left of the interior mirror, which itself has an auto-dimming feature. The system costs £459 including VAT, but not including fitting.

SZ4 and SZ5 versions of the Grand Vitara can also be fitted with an iPod module, costing £119, while for £159 you can have four 250 watt tri-axial Clarion door speakers fitted to your SZ4 five-door (a similar set-up, with two speakers, is available for the three-door at £99).

Further new accessories for the five-door include charcoal grey wheelarch trims and load-bearing aluminium side steps (£499) and front and rear anthracite grey skid plates (£259).
