(Fri 30 Oct 09) Mercedes-Benz has launched a special edition of the C-Class, based on the C180 Kompressor BlueEfficiency SE. The Executive SE has more than £2000 worth of extra equipment over the SE but is less than £700 more expensive at £23,190 for the saloon and £24,490 for the estate.
That extra equipment includes 16" alloy wheels, the front grille normally found only on Sport models, some exterior chrome trim and, most significantly, the COMAND multimedia system which consists of hard-disk navigation, voice control, a 6GB music register, a PCMCIA slot and steering wheel-mounted controls.
