(Mon 01 Feb 10) Mazda's stand at next month's Geneva Show will feature a 20th Anniversary Limited Edition version of the enormously popular MX-5 sports car. Based on the 1.8 SE Roadster, the Anniversary car has unique 17" alloy wheels, 20th Anniversary logos and an exterior styling package involving lots of shininess.
It's available in three colours, namely True Red, Crystal White Pearl and the Aurora Blue pictured above, which is unique to this edition. Just 2000 examples will be built, and they will be made available only in Europe, though we dare say that keen MX-5ists elsewhere may subsequently take steps to add one to their collections. Also at Geneva, Mazda will display its facelifted 6 (mentioned in a previous story) and give the new 5 MPV its world debut. Comment on this story on Facebook or Twitter.
