(Tue 19 Jan 10) Fiat will be introducing several limited edition versions of the 500 during the course of this year, and the first is on sale now. It's the 500 Pink, so named for obvious reasons, and according to Fiat it's meant to appeal "mainly to young women", which seems likely.
The Pink is based on the 1.2-litre petrol Lounge, and it comes as standard with a Start&Stop system for better fuel economy (particularly in town), a sunroof, a leather gearknob, a pink key cover, black interior trim, special carpet mats and a side rubbing strip with a 500 badge. It costs £11,700, but your local Fiat dealer won't be able to sell you one. The Pink can be bought only online, at www.fiat.co.uk/500pink. Comment on this story on Facebook or Twitter.
