Audi RS 3 Sportback Returns
(Thursday 19 July 2012)

Last year, as you may remember, Audi created a very special version of the A3 called the RS 3 Sportback, of which you can rear our review here.
With its 335bhp 2.5-litre five-cylinder turbo petrol engine, quattro four-wheel drive and seven-speed twin-clutch semi-automatic S tronic gearbox it had a 0-62mph time of just 4.6 seconds, along with fuel economy (on the combined EU cycle, at least) of 31mpg, and it proved very popular - all 500 examples built for the UK market were sold.
And now it's back. Audi has confirmed that it is building a further 250 right-hand drive versions, and they're available to order now. There's no need to worry about inflation, either, since Audi is sticking with the 2011 price of £39,930.
