Dacia Offers Extended Warranty

(Wednesday 13 June 2012)

Dacia Duster.

Renault-owned Romanian manufacturer Dacia will make its debut in the UK on June 28, when orders will start to be taken for its Duster SUV range. In advance of that, Dacia has announced an intriguing warranty plan.

As part of its yet to be confirmed price, the Duster has a three-year/60,000-mile warranty, but customers who want more than that can extend it to five years (still with a 60,000-mile limit) for £395. And if even that isn't enough, Dacia will increase it still further to seven years and 100,000 miles for £850.

The level of cover remains the same even when the period is extended, and continues to include Roadside Assistance. The warranty is also transferable to the next owner if you sell the car before it has run out.
