Lexus LF-CC Concept
(Monday 17 September 2012)

Lexus has revealed the dramatic appearance of its LF-CC mid-sized executive coupé hybrid concept, which will make its world debut at the Paris Show later this month.
Sharing some of the design features of a sports coupé concept displayed in Detroit at the start of the year, and with an emphasis on using the body shape to direct airflow where it's needed, the LF-CC is said to pave the way for a new production car "in the near future".
Lexus has also confirmed that the drivetrain will be appearing in showroom models. A combination of a 2.5-litre petrol engine and an electric motor, it's intended to produce official CO2 emissions of under 100g/km if fitted to a car the size of the LF-CC, while also producing a maximum of around 200bhp.
