More Sporting Jeep Grand Cherokee
(Thursday 18 October 2012)

If you want a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a certain amount of sporting flair, but don't want to go to the expense of buying and running the mad-as-a-box-of-frogs SRT version, the new S-Limited may be just what you're looking for.
Rather than an enormous petrol V8, the S-Limited uses the familar 237bhp three-litre V6 turbo diesel. Its sporty nature is entirely a matter of styling, as provided by the 20" gloss black wheels, black grille and rear light bar, and flashy pedals.
Standard equipment also includes leather trim for the ventilated seats and heated steering wheel, four-wheel drive (of course), air suspension, adaptive cruise control, satellite navigation, cross-path detection, blind spot monitoring, a powered tailgate and an 825W Harman Kardon audio system with 19 speakers and three subwoofers.
The S-Limited will go on sale later this month, priced at £44,595.
