Three-Door Kia Rio Arrives In UK

The first-ever three-door Kia Rio - based on the five-door range launched last autumn - is available to order now from UK dealers.

The new range follows the five-door one exactly, so you get a choice of three trim levels (spiritedly titled 1, 2 and 3) and four engines: 1.25- and 1.4-litre petrols and 1.1- and 1.4-litre turbo diesels. The smaller diesel, available in 1 or 2 trim, has CO2 emissions under 100g/km and is therefore exempt from both Vehicle Excise Duty and the London congestion charge.

Prices are £600 less than for the five-door, ranging from £9995 for the 1.25 1 to £14,295 for the 1.4 diesel 3.
