2015 Ford C-MAX and S-MAX prices announced

Prices have been announced for the 2015 Ford C-MAX, Grand C-MAX and S-MAX models.

Ford has announced pricing details for its new facelifted C-MAX, Grand C-MAX and S-MAX models, ahead of their forecourt debut in the summer.

Prices for the new models start from £18,195 for the C-MAX, £20,295 for the Grand C-MAX and £24,545 for the S-MAX.

These facelifts are aimed at bringing Ford’s MPV range up to speed with the rest of the carmakers siblings and ultimately more in-line with its ‘One Ford’ aspiration, which aims to make all Ford models available across the globe.

The new C-MAX is a perfect example of the brand’s surge in improvement as it now gains a plethora of new technology first seen on the new Focus. This includes Ford’s SYNC 2 voice-activated infotainment system, improved Active City Stop and a Perpendicular Parking feature. Every model in the C-MAX and Grand C-MAX range now feature a hands-free tailgate as standard.

The most popular derivative of the S-MAX in the UK is the Titanium model, which will start from £26,245, with over 75 per cent of customers opting for the trim level. Equipment on the Titanium S-MAX includes privacy glass, Traffic Sign Recognition, cruise control and LED running lights.

Although the Titanium grade is luxurious, entry-level S-MAX models are also well-equipped, with front and rear parking sensors, DAB radio, sports seats and the SYNC 2 system.

In addition to the new C-MAX and S-MAX enhancements, Ford’s smallest MPV, the B-MAX, will also benefit from new features – most significantly a Euro 6 compliant 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine.
