2018 Audi A1 Sportback revealed with an aggressive new look

The latest version of the premium hatchback comes with a sharper design and a new range of equipment.

Audi has taken the covers off the latest version of the A1 Sportback, with a much more aggressive look than before.

The compact model has sharper lines on the front grille and incorporates three slits at the end of the bonnet that hark back to the Sport quattro rally car from the 1980s.

It also comes with a contrasting roof line to make the car appear smaller and lower to the road, while the optional LED daytime running lights also come with an angled appearance.

Despite the dimensions of the car only increasing 65mm lengthways, the boot has grown by 65 litres to 335 litres in the standard configuration – which can be increased to 1,090 litres with the rear seats folded down.
