Take a look at the 2018 Range Rover
Land Rover has revealed the face-lifted 2018 Range Rover, just a week after the updated 2018 Range Rover Sport was displayed for the first time.
As with the Range Rover Sport, the updated 2018 Range Rover comes with a plug-in hybrid version as well as a new version of the SVAutobiography, which is the most premium-feeling specification on offer.
Each model comes with a refreshed interior design that includes Jaguar Land Rover’s new dual-touchscreen ‘Touch Pro Duo’ system, which features two 10-inch displays controlling all the vehicle’s infotainment and comfort options.
Models also get plug sockets, USB, HDMI and 12-volt power sockets, as well as a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot so that occupants can stay connected.
Land Rover also fits wider seats for even more comfort, which in the Long wheelbase versions can be altered and reclined using a smartphone application.
Power options are mostly unchanged, with the addition of the P400e PHEV version the only alteration. Pairing a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder Ingenium petrol engine with an electric motor, the P400e has 398bhp at its disposal. The electric range is 31 miles and takes seven and a half hours to recharge through a normal electric connection.
The SVAutobiography is the most expensive version, and it comes with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine that produces 557bhp and can get from 0-60mph in 5.1 seconds.
It also comes with different exterior features, such as a grey mesh grille and a revised rear bumper, and the option of bespoke 21- and 22-inch alloy wheels. The SVAutobiography also gets exclusive interior trim options.
Prices for the 2018 Range Rover line-up start from £79,595 for the base Vogue diesel V6 version, with the SVAutobiography in long-wheelbase guise costing £177,030. It is available to order now with deliveries starting next year.
