Buy the most expensive house in America and receive 12 supercars for free

A house believed to be the most expensive in the United States has officially gone on sale, and if you buy it you’ll receive a whole flock of supercars and the helicopter from Airwolf for free.

The estate at 924 Bel Air Road in Los Angeles was built and designed by property developer Bruce Makowsky and is on sale for a reported $250 million, approximately £203 million in the UK.

Makowsky built the house on spec, meaning that it was built complete with all its interior fittings and accessories, which include a bowling alley and £167,000 worth of candy.

Most impressive is the £30 million car collection included with the house, which includes a grand total of twelve super exclusive and super expensive vehicles.

Among the list is a 1936 Mercedes 540 K Special Roadster worth £12 million, a £1.6 million Pagani Huayra, a Ferrari 488 and a new Rolls Royce Dawn convertible.

There’s also a Lamborghini Gallardo and at least two other Rolls Royces, along with a Bugatti Veyron, an Ariel Atom, a Bentley Continental GT and more.

The house also includes a replica Formula One car, a whole squad of Sea-Doo water scooters and the Bell 222 helicopter which has been outfitted with props to resemble the one from the Airwolf TV show.

If you’re interested in buying it, we’ve already done the mortgage calculations for you: approximately £1,062,562 per year for the next 25 years. Bargain, right?
