Ford has made a number of changes to its Mondeo Hybrid range, with prices now £1,800 cheaper than before.
Previously buyers could only pick from a Titanium Edition and Vignale trim levels, but the line-up has now been expanded with the introduction of a new Zetec Edition. This is why the Mondeo Hybrid is now more affordable than before, with prices starting from £26,460 for the saloon version and £37,960 for the estate.
Titanium Edition and Vignale models remain on sale, with prices of these versions starting from £28,260 and £31,660 respectively.
Ford has also introduced a new ST-Line grade to the Hybrid, too, which was only previously available on the regular Mondeo. Prices for these versions start from £29,360, with the version building on the spec of a Titanium with its sporty bodykit, 19-inch alloy wheel, and sports leather seats.

These latest changes follow on from the updated version, which arrived in showrooms in March this year. Changes for this update included the introduction of a hybrid estate (it was previously just a saloon), as well as enhanced safety kit and improved refinement from its enhanced powertrain.
The electrified version continues to use the same 184bhp 2.0-litre petrol engine, which is paired to an electric motor and a small battery, which charges on the move. It’s able to return CO2 emissions as low as 94g/km, with fuel economy figures up to 50.4mpg.
