Available from February 2019, the CR-V Hybrid comes in four different trims and is offered with two- and four-wheel drive.

Honda has revealed pricing for the Honda CR-V Hybrid, which comes with a 2.0-litre petrol engine and two electric motors.

Priced from £29,105, the CR-V Hybrid is available in four trim levels – S, SE, SR and EX – and as with the recently-introduced petrol version, all models come with the Honda Sensing safety setup.

The Sensing setup comes with collision mitigation braking system, forward collision warning, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control and traffic sign recognition. Low speed following is also fitted to all models.

In SE spec, models also come with parking sensors and a rear view camera, with the SR and EX options also coming with blind spot warning and cross traffic monitoring.

Customers can also choose from either two- or four-wheel drive variants – although the latter is only offered on the top three trims.

For SR options, customers will also get smart entry and start, leather upholstery and active cornering lights. The top-spec EX models also feature a heated steering wheel, head-up display, hands-free tailgate, heated rear seats and panoramic sunroof.

Phil Webb, Honda UK head of car, said: “The CR-V hybrid is the first step in achieving our objective of electrified powertrains accounting for two-thirds of our European sales by 2025.

“In a marketplace that is going to become increasingly competitive as time goes on, the CR-V is well placed to achieve strong sales results and we have high expectations for this car.”

The Honda CR-V Hybrid will be in showrooms from February next year.
