January can be a tough month for the finances after the expense of Christmas, and a new car might not be at the top of your priorities.
However, if you’re looking for a new car in 2020, the first two months of the year can be the perfect time to get behind the wheel of a new motor as there are some fantastic offers available.
No more so than at Vauxhall, where the brand is encouraging you and all your family to come to a local showroom to try out some of the brands’ latest cars. And should you choose to book a test drive you’ll automatically gain an extra £500 to put towards a finance arrangement.
Here’s a look at the models this discount is available on, on top of the Vauxhall contributions…
New Corsa
Vauxhall’s all-new Corsa has barely just arrived in showrooms, but the firm is already running some impressive deals on its best-selling supermini.
All models except entry-level SE models gain a £1,250 deposit contribution, while diesel models in Elite Nav trim come with an impressive £1,850 finance deposit allowance. Remember that you get your additional £500 on top of this, too.
Astra
The Astra is another of Vauxhall’s latest models, with the popular hatchback recently revised with a selection of new engines, refreshed styling and improve efficiency. It remains great to drive, while you’re also able to get a deposit allowance of up to £4,250.
Try a petrol SRi grade model and you get a £3,500 deposit contribution, with petrol Elite and Ultimate versions gain a £3,200 allowance. However, it’s the diesel models (in SRi, Elite and Ultimate guises) that get the most impressive deposit contribution of £4,250. Test driving a qualifying Astra will add £500.
Crossland X
The Crossland X might be Vauxhall’s smallest crossover, but that doesn’t stop it being an impressive family car, while also coming with loads of kit for the money. And despite its affordable list price, buyers are also able to get a £3,900 deposit contribution towards a Crossland X, which applies to diesel versions in special edition Griffin or Elite trims. A slightly reduced £3,500 is available for £3,500. Don’t forget that you’ll also get an additional £500 contribution just for going on a test drive.
Grandland X
Vauxhall’s largest Grandland X has proven to be rather popular addition to the firm’s range, and it’s also the model that attracts the largest deposit contribution, too, with amounts ranging between £3,500 and £4,800. The smallest sum applies to petrol versions in Elite and Ultimate grades, with the biggest deposit contribution applying to diesel versions of the special edition Griffin models. A further £500 for merely test driving one adds to the appeal.
