Jeep encourages Wrangler customers to go bold with free colour upgrades

The firm is offering free colour upgrades on its rugged 4x4

Jeep is wanting its customers to ‘harness the joy’ of its Wrangler by offering free colour upgrades on its 4x4 throughout September.

The Wrangler is Jeep’s most capable vehicle, and the model that remains truest to Jeep’s off-road heritage. It was updated at the end of 2018 with more technology and upgraded modern styling, and to make it stand out even more, Jeep has introduced a host of bold colour choices – notably HellaYella (yellow), Bikini Metallic (blue), Firecracker Red and Punk’n Metallic (orange).

These colours would typically cost up to £775 extra, but in a bid to add some extra flair to the Wrangler wrange, these colours will now be free until the end of September.

Damien Dally, country manager at Jeep UK, said: “Wrangler is an iconic car built to have a positive impact on people’s lives. The introduction of a free colour offer means we can now harness the joy of Wrangler even further.

“Hopefully it will lead to more of our cars on the roads in HellaYella yellow or Punk’n metallic, which will not only have a positive impact on the driver and their passengers, but also on those who see them driving by.”

The Wrangler is available in both two- and four-door guises – the latter offering additional practicality – with prices starting from £47,620 for the Rubicon version, and rising to £48,825 for the top-spec Overland grade.
