Mercedes has announced pricing for its new E-Class estate, specifically for the E220d models in the range.
The E220d estate, which is available to order now, is available with two trims levels and starts from £37,935 for the SE trim and £40,430 for the AMG Line version. The E-Class estate range will also feature the E200d and AMG E43 powertrains but pricing for those will be announced closer to when orders open this October.
All-new turbodiesel
The E220d features a 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine that produces 191bhp and is mated to a nine-speed automatic gearbox as standard. The engine officially records 67.3mpg combined and emits just 109g/km in CO2. The 0-62mph sprint can be covered in just 7.7 seconds.
In the SE trim the new E-Class E220d estate comes as standard with a reversing camera, chrome roof rails, heated front seats, DAB radio, 17-inch alloy wheels and a Garmin Map Pilot sat-nav system.
Go for the AMG Line and the E220d boasts 19-inch alloy wheels, black ash wood trim, a three-spoke AMG steering wheel wrapped in Nappa leather and AMG sport pedals.
Extra equipment packs are also available, including the £2,795 Premium pack which includes a panoramic glass sunroof. For an extra £1,100, customers can also add the Premium plus pack which includes a Burmester surround sound system with 13 speakers.
For extra safety, there’s also the Lane Tracking package for £595 and the Driving Assistance Plus package that costs £1,695.
