Audi reveals next generation Q3

New 2018 Audi Q3 revealed

The latest version of the mid-size SUV comes with new tech and design inspired by the flagship Q8.

Audi has taken the covers off its latest version of the Q3, which comes with a design derived from the brand’s top-end flagship SUV, the Q8.

The octagon-shaped grille is part of a more dynamic-looking front end that includes vertical bars in the facia and large air inlets to the side, as well as wedge-shaped LED headlights.

The model also comes with contrasting wheel arches, a long roof spoiler and the choice of 11 body colours that help accentuate the sporty lines in the bodywork.

Since the last model, this Q3 has a longer wheelbase for improved passenger space, with users able to move the rear seats backwards and forwards to alter passenger and storage space. The boot can range from 530 litres up to 1,525 litres with the rear seats folded down.

For the interior, Audi has included some of its latest premium equipment, such as the larger 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen and the Virtual Cockpit digital instrument display – with both incorporated into the same unit in the dash. The two-tiered dash is topped by the air vents.

Features include two-zone air conditioning, a heated leather steering wheel and a panoramic sunroof, with sports seats and alcantara upholstery also available.

The Q3 also comes with a variety of safety systems, including pre sense front safety and lane departure warning as standard, while customers can also get adaptive cruise control, park assist and cross traffic assist.
