Pricing confirmed for 2018 Mazda 6

Both the Saloon and Tourer will be available this summer and the range will debut the 2.5-litre 192bhp petrol engine in the UK.

Mazda has released UK pricing and specifications for the upcoming release of the updated 6 Saloon and Tourer.

Both versions of the 6 will start appearing in showrooms this summer, with prices for the family model starting from £23,045.

Available in four trim levels – SE-L Nav+, SE-L LUX Nav+, Sport Nav+ and GT Sport Nav+ – both the Saloon and Tourer models can be specced with one of three engines, available in eight states of tune.

This includes the addition of the 2.5-litre 192bhp petrol engine, which is making its debut in the UK on the 6.

After receiving updates to the interior design, technology available and exterior look, the base level 6 in SE-L Nav+ will be fitted with LED head and taillights, 17-inch alloy wheels, front and rear parking sensors, leather steering wheel, black cloth upholstery, dual-zone climate control, eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth and satellite navigation, and engine start/stop.

Standard safety systems include intelligent speed assist, adaptive cruise control with speed limiter, lane keep assist, advanced smart city brake support and blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert.

Higher trim levels introduce leather upholstery, LED daytime running lights, larger alloy wheels, better tech fixtures and further comfort features.
