Land Rover has taken the covers off its latest Special Vehicle Operations project – the Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic.
The new model is fitted with SVO’s signature supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine that develops 542bhp and comes with a series of unique upgrades – as the specification is based on the top-end HSE trim.
With the large engine also producing 680Nm of torque and paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, this new edition can get from 0-60mph in 4.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 170mph.
The SVAutobiography Dynamic comes with performance brakes to provide better stopping power, while new suspension elements and altered vehicle settings help to combine the vehicle’s performance with its go-anywhere capabilities.
The Velar’s four-wheel drive, active rear locking differential, electric power-assisted steering and air suspension have all been calibrated to cope with the upgraded performance, while the Dynamic driving mode has been enhanced.

It also comes with unique design elements, such as a new front bumper with larger air intakes, a new grille, side mouldings and rear bumper that houses the quad exhaust pipes. New 21- and optional 22-inch alloy wheels are also available.
The cabin also gets a premium upgrade, with perforated, quilted leather upholstery available in four colour combinations adorning the heated and cooled adjustable front seats.
The Touch Pro Duo infotainment setup is fitted alongside the 12.3-inch Interactive Driver Display, with the optional carbon fibre pack adding a sporty touch to the cabin.
