Renault has unveiled the Premier Edition specification for its three light commercial vehicles – the Kangoo, Trafic and Master.
Brought in to celebrate the French brand’s partnership with Sky Sports’ Premier League coverage, the Premier Edition comes in as the top trim and is based on the Business+ and Sport Nav specifications.
The Premier Edition models are given exclusive black alloy wheels and either black or white decals to set it apart from the rest of the models, while standard equipment includes auto headlights and wipers, front fog lights and cruise control.
All of these also get the R-Link infotainment system with TomTom navigation, a rear-view camera and dashcam. The advanced driver assistance system is also fitted, which detects vehicles in front moving off and warns of a front end collision.
The Kangoo Premier Edition comes with a 1.5-litre diesel engine in two states of tune, which can be paired to either a five- or six-speed manual, or a six-speed automatic – with three body styles available.See Available Renault deals
For the Trafic, three versions of the 1.6-litre dCi turbodiesel are on offer as well as two wheelbase options. The Master Premier Edition has a 2.3-litre turbodiesel powering it, with three states of tune and two wheelbase selections available.
Prices for the Kangoo Premier Edition start from £23,501, while the Trafic Premier Edition has a starting price of £32,321. The Master version starts from £41,021. All of the models come with three-year/100,000-mile warranty and a lifetime roadside assistance package.
