Renault is now welcoming orders for the latest version of the Trafic van – the SpaceClass.

Built to carry as many people as possible the Trafic SpaceClass comes with up to nine seats, and in the Adventurer version you get ‘Captain chairs’ in the second row that can swivel around to face the rear bench.

Available in three trim levels, the SpaceClass also comes in two body styles – short and long wheelbase – and with two engine options, both of which are turbodiesel units.

Passenger comfort is paramount with vehicles like the Trafic, so as standard it comes with air conditioning in the rear section, privacy rear glass and reading lights, as well as USB charging sockets and a 220V connection port.

Exterior features include LED daytime running lights, chrome grille, 17-inch alloy wheels and grey metallic paint. You also get a seven-inch touchscreen multimedia display, cruise control, rear parking sensors, leather steering wheel and multiple storage spaces.

In Adventurer spec, Renault adds the Captain chairs that can be folded into a bed if needed, but not much else – with the Prestige trim only adding leather upholstery to the features already employed.

The SpaceClass joins the award-winning range of Trafic models that includes the Panel, Crew and Passenger versions.

Prices for the SpaceClass start from £32,500 without VAT, with OTR prices starting from £40,191.
