Tech Edition trim revealed for Peugeot 308

Available on both the hatch and SW estate model, the Tech Edition includes several assistance systems and sits in the middle of the trim line-up.

Peugeot has introduced the Tech Edition trim level to the 308 range, which adds multiple safety assist systems to make it safer and more up to date.

Sitting above the Allure specification in the middle of the trim offerings, the Tech Edition comes with plenty of equipment as standard and is available on both the hatchback and SW estate.

It features the Drive Assist and Safety packs, which include adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, driver attention alert, smartbeam assistance, speed limit recognition and recommendation, active lane keeping assist and active blind spot detection – making the 308 Tech Edition one of the best-equipped offerings in the hatchback segment.

All of that comes on top of the standard creature comforts, such as dual-zone climate control, front and rear parking sensors, a colour reversing camera, a 9.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, power-folding wing mirrors and LED daytime running lights.

To distinguish it from other 308 models, the Tech Edition comes with chrome window and grille detailing, aluminium sills, a panoramic sunroof, 17-inch alloy wheels and aluminium roof bars for the SW version.

Tech Edition units are available to order now and prices start from £22,400.
