Ultra-rare Nissan Skyline GT-R on sale for £350,000

One of just 19 Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo Z-Tune models ever built has been put up for sale, with a price that's more than some of today's most exclusive supercars.

One of the rarest and most desirable limited-edition Nissan Skylines has been put up for sale for a mammoth £350,000 in Hong Kong.

The Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo Z-Tune is one of just 19 built, and despite being more costly than some of the most exclusive supercars on today’s market, its performance isn’t to be sniffed at.

Powered by a 2.8-litre turbocharged six-cylinder engine, the Skyline produces 500bhp and is able to make the 0-62mph sprint in just 3.8 seconds, with a blistering top speed of 203mph.

The exclusive Z-Tune model also comes with a range of Nismo-spec upgrades, like a new intake plenum, a stroked crankshaft and twin IHI turbochargers to boost its performance.

An upgraded radiator and intercooler also features, along with high-flow fuel injectors, plus forged pistons, forged camshafts and a custom exhaust to make it one of the fastest production GT-Rs ever.

Like the current GT-R, the Z-Tune features a four-wheel drive system to put all that power to the ground, while it also comes with a custom Nismo nameplate designating its status as #9 of the 19 built.

On the outside, it gets gloss black alloys, plus a large rear spoiler, a larger front splitter and a deeper rear diffuser than the regular R34 model to increase downforce.

Put up for sale by Contempo Concept HK Motors, the 13-year old R34 Skyline is quickly becoming a classic, thanks to its reputation for performance and its association with the Fast and Furious series.
