Volvo’s new V60 has been commended for its practicality at The Sunday Times Motor Awards, taking the prize for Family Car of the Year.
The shortlist of cars for the award included the likes of BMW and Jaguar vehicles – key rivals to the Volvo and its V60.
Will Dron, editor of The Sunday Times’ Driving.co.uk, said: “The V60 estate has curves in all the right places. Combine that with its Scandi-chic interior, clever storage solutions and other family-friendly features, and it’s no wonder our readers voted it their Family Car of the Year.”
