Vauxhall has announced the pricing for the upcoming Corsa GSi, with the warm hatchback starting from £18,995.
Based on the same chassis as the Corsa VXR, the GSi comes with a turbocharged 1.4-litre petrol engine that produces 148bhp and 220Nm of torque – leading to a 0-60mph time of 8.7 seconds and a top speed of 129mph.
The engine is paired to a six-speed manual transmission.
As standard, the GSi is fitted with 17-inch bi-colour alloy wheels, the GSi rear roof spoiler, sports front grille, bonnet slat, GSI-specific bumpers and side sills, tinted windows and LED daytime running lights.
Inside, models come with sports-style front seats, a leather flat-bottom steering wheel and Vauxhall’s Intellilink infotainment touchscreen system, which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Enquire Now on a new Vauxhall Corsa GSiIf customers wish to fit it, the £1,900 GSi Plus Pack is on offer and that adds 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, Recaro leather seats and bi-xenon headlights with cornering function. Adding this would take the overall package to at least £20,895.
Deliveries will begin in September and customers can order the model now – although the price is much higher than comparable rivals such as the Suzuki Swift Sport and Ford Fiesta ST-Line.
