2019 BMW 3 Series teased ahead of Paris debut

The latest compact executive saloon from the German manufacturer will be fully revealed in Paris next week.

BMW has released a picture of the veiled 2019 3 Series that will be getting revealed at the 2018 Paris Motor Show next week.

The new version of the compact executive saloon is expected to go on sale early next year and is likely to be fitted with the brand’s latest tech to fall in-line with the 5 Series.

BMW will be presenting the new 3 Series at 8am BST on October 2 via a live stream from Paris, and will be displaying it alongside the new Z4, 8 Series and M5 Competition models.

The 3 Series has been undergoing its final testing before production begins, and the German manufacturer has been putting the model through its paces in Death Valley, Nevada, and along the American west coast.

The model has also been driven round some of the world’s best test tracks, such as the Nürburgring in Germany, to ensure that the setup of the car is dynamic and in-keeping for the sporty saloon’s predecessor.

First released back in 1975, the 3 Series will be entering its seventh generation with this latest version.
