MS-RT gives the Ford Transit Connect a sporty new look

South Wales-based tuning firm MS-RT takes Ford Transit Connect and adds eye-catching bodykit

MS-RT has revealed its own sporty take on the Ford Transit Connect van.

The South Wales-based tuning firm, which specialises in Ford vehicles, has taken the Transit Connect and added eye-catching bodywork upgrades, along with an overhaul of the interior.

A plastic injection-moulded bodykit is fitted to the van, which consists of a uniquely-styled front bumper, grilles, front diffuser, side skirts, new rear elements and a spoiler.

Adding further to this racier look is the addition of a quad stainless-steel exhaust system and 18-inch centre-locking OZ wheels.

Inside the car, MS-RT has introduced a combination of nappa leather and suede upholstery, along with a new sports steering wheel. On top of these extras, MS-RT throws in a gift pack that includes a specially-branded bag.

Standard-fit items include LED loadspace lighting, a reversing camera, bi-xenon headlights and twin side-loading doors. Optional equipment consists of a bronze finish for the alloy wheels, a Maxhaust exhaust system, a rally sticker pack, black exhaust tips and a full carbon steering wheel.

MS-RT’s upgrades meet Ford UK’s Qualified Vehicle Modifiers standards too. This seal-of-approval ensures it meets the same standards Ford itself expects of its vehicles.

Set for a summer launch, pricing for the MS-RT Transit Connect starts from £23,995.
