Renault has announced the pricing and specs of its largest SUV – the Koleos.
Unveiled at the Shanghai Motor Show earlier this year, the updated Koleos has been revised with a bolder design and standard-fit LED headlights. A larger grille also features alongside more chrome detailing throughout the car.
Two new Blue dCi diesel engines have also been introduced – a 148bhp 1.7-litre diesel engine with front-wheel-drive, along a 187bhp 2.0-litre diesel engine with all-wheel-drive. Both units are now paired to a CVT automatic transmission.
Inside the cabin, the updated Koleos benefits from more premium-feel materials, as well as new two-stage reclining rear seats. Safety has also been enhanced with its autonomous emergency braking system now able to spot pedestrians in addition to vehicles.
As before, the Koleos is available with two trim levels – Iconic and GT Line. Prices now start from £28,195 – a £675 increase on the outgoing model.
Iconic versions come as standard with a seven-inch touchscreen with satellite navigation, front and rear parking sensors, keyless entry and automatic dual-zone climate control.

Order books are now open for the new Koleos, which joins the range in what is a very busy year for Renault, with all-new versions of the Clio, Captur and Zoe being unveiled in 2019.
